KDE 4.0.0 Released!

The new version of KDE that has been in development for the last few
years was released today:

Very excited!  I've been using it for a couple days now.  It's still a
little incomplete, but it works and it's gorgeous.
Packages are available for hardy and gutsy.  Gutsy instructions here:
http://kubuntu.org/announcements/kde-4.0.php

Disclaimer: while this is an actual release, it's still bleeding edge
software, so I wouldn't recommend you install it if you don't know how
to fix a broken system.
