Exploration: Ubuntu summary

I agree, as a team we're technical geniuses, but as PR agents we're
slacked jawed yokels. We don't know enough people to contact, either
in the city press, tv news media, online advertising and educational
press.
I think we need a strong leader of PR, we should talk about this at
our next meeting, not only because we need to do more PR events but
because we also need to co-ordinate it all.
Things I would look at for the next Exploration: Ubuntu other than PR:
* Getting the big TV in again, it was great last time and provided a
focal point (Mr Delacy?)
* Having a solid demonstration on the TV, including having Aaron and
Theresa play DDR
* Considering getting a second banner to go inside
* Music should be managed to be more uplifting, the music this time
was a little more drab
Persona note:
* Please keep hold of your ID badges, we'll be using them for all
public events :-)
