InstallFest live band

I like the idea of the live band a lot. Although I do see the concerns
of the noise. I say when we have Installfests as big or bigger than they
were with our first one, then we should have the band. But try to keep
the sets limited and scheduled so we can plan helping people around
their sets and take a break during.

As for genre, I'm sure the band can keep it to a mello rock that most
people can enjoy. You can't please everyone's tastes, but some music is
more tolerable than others and we shouldn't rule it out due to a few.
