I am not sure about MoinMoin (powers the Ubuntu wiki), but I know that
DokuWiki (http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:dokuwiki) actually does
allow you to close it down.  (I just thought someone might be
interested in that information for personal use. :)

By the way, hello.  I've been lurking for a very long time.  I'm
sorry.  I'll try to be a bit more involved!
