[ubuntu-us-in] higher education

Wikis usually aren't designed to have portions that are password 
protected. Occasionally, you will see a site that will make you log in 
before you can see any part of the wiki, and many sites require you to 
log in order to edit the wiki, but you usually can't password protect 
certain areas of a wiki.
