Very cool concept, and a fine mission.

I'm filled with questions about the mechanics of the thing, though.

What's the process like to get support? Do you just put in your
information, and then sit around and wait for someone to contact you?
How long does that usually take? What kind of person might you expect
to be hearing from? Obviously this isn't going to be anything like the
scripted, mechanical, "this is my job" tech support you get from your
ISP's support department, and I'd be interested to get a feel for how.

What's the process like to contribute? Just what sorts of calls do
they get? Are you assigned support calls, or do you get to pick from a
list which calls are in your sphere of knowledge and work with your
schedule?

Have you performed any of this phone tech support yourself, yet?
What's that like?

Full of questions,
Simón
