Sunday IRC meeting

Hello everyone,

We will be holding an IRC meeting this Sunday at 3:00pm on IRC channel
#ubuntu-georgia.

The topic for Sunday's meeting is the upcoming InstallFest, with
updates/discussion surrounding the event.  Otherwise, it will be a rather
open-subject Sunday.
