[ubuntu-florida] New Users Team

Martin,
The Ohio Team released teh code for their Face2Face module sometime last
week. It is, however, on their ubuntu-hosted page. So as much as I like it
(and I do, I am incredibly jealous of it) we may have to wait til we're
approved and have our own page as well.

Our New User page (http://wiki.ubuntu.com/FloridaTeam/NewUser) is pretty
much copied from their wiki new user page, if that matters. lol.
