[DC LoCo] screencast - using a wacom tablet with GIMP on ubuntu

I have a tablet but haven't used it since last year when I broke my wrist on
my dominate hand and was practicing writing with the other via gimp. It
worked "ok" but I don't like it for precision work.  About 12 years ago I
had another tablet that I used with Windows.  They seem to be improving but
still jump quite a lot
