[CoLoCo] Thin client or at least skinny client

Greetings,

I wrote a linux POS system that I'm needing to expand a bit for our new 
restaurant. I'll be needing to set up some thin-ish touchscreen clients 
that drive printers and use a modified konqueror browser as the front 
end. I'm guessing the "minis" might be a good choice? I'm wondering 
about using the netbook remix rather than a full install? I'm 
comfortable setting up the server and peripherals (cash drawer, printers 
etc) but am not sure about what is needed for the satellite stations.

Any tips would be appreciated!
