Jim,
There are several IPv6 "tunnel brokers" out there that are free.  They
basically provide you a proxy for IPv6 connections.

The one I found that seems best and easiest to use is:
http://www.sixxs.net/main/

Joey Stanford runs IPv6 on his servers located in his house, however, so you
may want to ask him what service he uses.
