A quick check indicates that not only is RPM in the repos, so is yum:

$ apt-cache search rpm | grep rpm
kdeadmin-kfile-plugins - KDE file metainfo plugins for deb and rpm files
librpm-dev - RPM shared library, development kit
librpm4 - RPM shared library
rpm - Red Hat package manager
apt-rpm-repository - tools to create an APT RPM repository

libapt-rpm-pkg-dev - development files for APT for RPM library
libapt-rpm-pkg-libc6.6-6-2 - APT for RPM library
lsb-rpm - Red Hat package manager for LSB package building
mach - make a chroot of a rpm-based distribution
mock - Build rpm packages inside a chroot
python-rpm - Python bindings for RPM
rpm2html - Generate HTML index from directories of RPMs
smartpm - An alternative package manager that works with dpkg/rpm
smartpm-core - An alternative package manager that works with dpkg/rpm
yum - Advanced front-end for rpm
rpmstrap - bootstrap a basic RPM-based system
