[CoLoCo] Changing Default Programs

Ok, I found where I can change default programs, but its lacking certain 
options.

I want to have VLC automatically start when I insert a DVD instead of 
Totem.  There was an option for this in Gutsy but it don't work in Hardy 
and I have found a way to change this default.  Could someone help me 
out here?

I'm still setting things up, but overall I really like Hardy.
