[CoLoCo] work/ticket tracking software

Hmmm...  I found a few solutions but none of them are neither easy to
install nor can I do it without a full box at my control (I just have a
basic web host account with SSH access).

If you find one Jim let me know and I'll try to get it setup..  otherwise it
could be a good learning experience for you to learn how to code PHP and
interact with a simple MySQL database.  I could probably brew something up
for you, but not within the next week or two...
