[CoLoCo] CoLoCo monthly team meeting

Yes, it's not a perfect situation at all but we have not really had
regular meetings (at least during the time I've been a member) and I
thought it would be good to start. It's true that the other lugs tend
to be centered in a city or region whereas we are statewide. With our
team growing perhaps we need to come up with some sort of regional
coordinators who schedule events in their area and then coordinate
with each other and the team leaders.

If someone wants to work out a schedule for those in the southern half
of the area we can certainly plan two meetings. However, I can see
some problems if one thing is decided at one and a different decision
comes out of the other.

I don't have all the answers. I am simply going to plan a meeting for
next week. Those who come and help plan how we address future meeting.

As for the agenda it's to plan the gutsy party as well address the
issues around monthly meetings.
