[CoLoCo] freeyourcomputer

Discussion on this topic is kind of on hold until the next meeting (is
that Nov 1?) but I thought it might be worth deciding whether or not
we will use a domain like freeyourcomputer.org as a point of entry. If
so, we might want to move on that prior to the public IRC meeting. I'd
hate to miss out on a good idea because someone else beat us to it.

Thoughts?
