[CoLoCo] Tokyo Group in second life Details

To attend in SL, people will need:

1. The SL client installed, with voice working and turned on so that
they can hear what's going on.

2. Join the 'Amazon Developer Island Guests' group

3. Teleport to
http://slurl.com/secondlife/Amazon%20Developers%201/226/150/22
30 minutes before the start.

4. Under "Edit->Preferences->Voice Chat", make sure "Enable Voice Chat"
is checked, and select "Hear Voice Chat from camera position". By
focusing their camera on the speaker they should be able to hear them,
even if they're sitting quite far away.
