[CoLoCo] Letter to FIRST Robotics about Linux

OK, Thanks everybody for the support.

I am planning on getting more teams/areas added to the letter. Like I said,
it's a rough draft. I am trying to make it seem as comprehensive and
friendly as possible.

Not sure how to get a lot of teams to sign it though. Should I try and get
most of them to sign a piece of paper, scan it, and then email me the paper.
I may be able to mail it to a few, but not the far away ones, like the
Israel team. I could get a bunch of you guy's to sign it though...
"signatures from the Linux community" or "signatures from the Ubuntu Linux
Team" have nice rings to them.

so, I guess I'll keep working on it...
