[CoLoCo] Letter to FIRST Robotics about Linux

OK, everyone... I'm writing a letter to FIRST Robotics in hopes they will
seriously consider supporting Linux or at least Linux users who want to
participate. This is my rough draft, and obviously need work. I'd like some
input on anything to include or change.

I like Jim's idea that I should add something about schools who may not have
enough money to use windows.

Jong Dong also suggested that I offer up myself as a Linux community
contact.


I appreciate anyones help, and feel free to add something to this and email
me a copy back if you like.
