[Ubuntu Chicago] Meeting, what meeting?

So, we're supposed to have a meeting tomorrow night, Jan 3 at 9 PM CST,
but given short notice, I think it's best to push it off one week to Jan
10 at 9 PM CST with the hope of more people attending.

Since, we're on the topic of the meeting, is the first Monday of the
month still a good option for people?  Would another night or time work
better?
