Arriving late will not be a problem. I expect many people to be coming
late and/or leaving early.

We have a very diverse group of people attending the event. If there
is something that you have an interest in learning or working on, I am
sure that we could find someone who could help you learn. Not knowing
how to program or work with the docs team is definitely not an excuse
to come. You will definitely not be "useless".

That would be great. I am sure many people would be interested in
hearing why you made the switch (myself included).

There is a very big social element to these events. I guarantee that
there will be more than enough time to talk about the Open Everything
event.
I hope to see you at the jam!
