Agreed! Clicking reply-all is a preferred way of doing things, and I
think that Google Labs feature of defaulting to "Reply To All," is
pretty cool. Nonetheless, we are dealing with Human Beans who may not
always do things in a way that is similar to our uber-advanced
developer selves. Sad as it may seem, not all of us are members of
the MOTU-Council. :(
Thus, we should configure the mailing list to assist users and
contributors of all ability levels. Heck, I'm just pleased to see
someone send a note out to a mailing list. :) We should make that
process as hard-to-screw-up as possible.
