[Ubuntu Chicago] Server distro

You can run the server kernel as a desktop, but the server kernel doesn't
include some desktop-specific modules . . .  They assume that you wouldn't
run a server via wifi, so the server kernel doesn't include wireless drivers
and stuff like that.
