[Ubuntu Chicago] Doc Jam - Postponed - (was Re: Doc jam dec XX)

Good, good. I went ahead and created a notice in the Illinois sub-forum for
the Jam [1]. Let me know what you guys think, if there's anything I left
out, etc. I haven't filled in the schedule on Doodle yet, I'm going to wait
until we get a bit closer so I can have a better idea about my schedule. I
already know I would not be available on the 10th, but am still unsure of
other days at this point.
