Hi All,
I wanted to pass along a note that was sent out to the loco-teams mailing
list. Many of you are looking forward to the big release tomorrow of Ubuntu
9.04, codenamed "Jaunty Jackalope." The servers are going to be slammed,
including many of the popular mirrors. So, if you want good reliable data
speeds, we recommend using bittorrent. Using bittorrent will ensure that you
get a fast download speed, and will take some of the load off of Ubuntu's
servers.
Also, if you plan to *upgrade* to the current release from version 8.10,
please follow the upgrade instructions on this website:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/JauntyUpgrades
If you encounter any problems, or if you have any questions about upgrading
or installing the new version, feel free to post a note to the mailing list,
Thanks, all!
Jim
