[Ubuntu Chicago] Updating/Upgrading

Although the 8.10 release is out, I didn't see it in the Update Manager.

On a forum a user pointed out: 
System->Administration->Software Sources  the Updates tab
make sure your 'Release upgrade' is set to normal instead of LTS.

Since the last release was LTS, it must have been reset.

Am I the only one who didn't know this?
