[Ubuntu Chicago] freekbox

I can't make it until April because of work commitments - but I think it'd
be pretty cool if our members who live in the City or close enough nearby
regularly made it out on Sundays to wrench on boxes and talk about Ubuntu,
Linux and all sorts of Computery stuff.

This kind of regular interaction could really help our community.
