Matt,
SMB or Samba is the way to go for simple sharing. Setting up NFS is a bit more
tricky and is used for a little more advanced stuff that sharing between a
couple of systems. So you have SMB/Samba installed, edit /etc/samba/smb.conf
to use your workgroup name. It is just a few lines down and has ' workgroup
='. Of course change this to your workgroup, and you will be good to go.
