RJ,

Does your Panera have one of the little meeting rooms? I have been a couple 
that do have the rooms that you can reserve for like $50, and if everyone 
orders food, they take the price of the room off of the total bill. So if 
everyone that showed up grabbed lunch and say the total for our lunch bill 
came out to like $60, the room would be free then.
