[Ubuntu Chicago] Back up solutions

I use this app for my parents' pc:

It'd be nice to find a free online storage service that would allow for some
sort of automated backups.

I'd like to hear if anyone else has creative solutions. I used sbackup as it
seemed the easiest and best solution at the time.
