Ubuntu-Chicago Emergency DVD

Hey all, I just taped a event with a DV camera
riped the film with Kino and encoded it with ToVid
now a I have a folder with the 3 original Mpegs, two  encoded mpegs
from tovid, a xml file, and a menu mpeg I made with qdvdauthor when I
couldnt get tovid to work.

Can anyone step me through making a dvd that will work.

The guy I filmed is fyling to Africa this week and I need to get this
in his hands....
