[Ubuntu-US-CA] Ubuntu California LoCo Team leadership voting now open through July 23rd

Hi everyone,

As the next step following our call for nominations[0], we now have an
election to hold!

Nathan Haines and Charlie Luna have put their names in the running to
replace our trio of leaders with a single leadership position as we
agreed to earlier this year. Thanks to both of them for standing in
this capacity!

And all current members of the
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-california team with verified public
email addresses have been sent a poll titled "Ubuntu California 2017
Election" from a civs.cs.cornell.edu address.

let me know your launchpad ID so I can confirm your membership in the
team, as well as an email address for me to use to send the poll.
