[Ubuntu-US-CA] Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS release delayed until 19 February 2015

Hello all,

Because the Hardware Enablement parts of Ubuntu for 14.04.2 landed too 
late to properly validate, the release had been delayed until February 
19th, to enable Ubuntu and its flavors to validate all the components 
and ensure high quality for the point release.

So especially for SCALE volunteers, don't start burning new DVDs just 
yet.  :)
