Good points Nathan,

   Perhaps an "Ubuntu After Lunch Hour". ;-) It could be longer than an
hour, with some overlap so people who want to get lunch can.

   In that case I'd vote for a Friday since typically people might try to
leave work on a Friday early anyway. Longer lunches might be less of a
concern.
