This sounds like the best way to go about it. Find out what everyone wants
and go for it. This is an Ubuntu Hour... you dont really have to do research
and plan it out too much. If it was a bugfest, install fest, release party,
etc... it makes perfect sense to follow some of Nathans great ideas for
holding a bigger event. If you have the free time, you might even experiment
with a lunch Ubuntu Hour and an early evening Ubuntu Hour at the same place
 (even the same day) and see what happens.
