Congratulations;

This is a tough and, sometimes, thankless job.  Best wishes for 
everything you attempt.

I would like to thank the outgoing leaders for all the work that they 
did.  I truly believe this is a job that should be undertaken for a year 
at a time.  When people stay in this type of office for to long, there 
is a greater chance of rubbing members the wrong way.  Once that 
happens, people don't work together as before.  Hopefully we can keep 
the leaders fresh and the LoCo motivated.
