A leadership triangle would be ideal, because it will ease the
individuals' burden of being held responsible for each and every
decision. Additionally it will provide an opportunity to foster
positive discussion, since no single person would be able to shut
others up and finalize a decision. Possibly we're looking forward to
more friction within the management, but as long as each person keeps
the arguments logical and rational, the new decision-making process
will be functional with little effort.

Looking at the feedback so far, it appears that the team is in unison
on this one.
