[Ubuntu-US-CA] ubuntu case badges

Heya Nathaniel,

We have ordered them, but they haven't come in yet. I don't think plans have
been set in stone yet, but the general idea is to sell them at conventions
and such to raise money for the team. We're definitely going to distribute
some out to team members too, we just need to wait a bit for them to get
sent in to Neal (our team contact). How long have you used Ubuntu?
