Yes - you gave me that a couple of weeks ago, and it has helped a few
folk. Not all of them by any means. Where things have been bad, I've
said that there must have been a problem in the old system.

Now, that I didn't know about. Thanks. The worst problem is the folk
that have not taken a backup at all. I keep banging on about backing up
sometimes to no avail. One lady did a fix that I had not suggested but
she had asked if it would work. I'd specifically told her would wipe
her data but she did it anyway, and then she asked how she could get the
data back!
Don't you ever feel like the mythological support worker and the broken
'coffee cup holder'?
