That's "Nixie Pixel".

"Nixie" is a kind of early display tube:

"Pixel" is short for "picture element" and is the smallest
individually-addressable unit of a bitmapped display.

The geek-girl video presenter is overrated, in my opinion; for
instance, I found her explanation of GNOME 3 versus Unity to be quite
exceptionally poorly-structured, unclear and confusing.

However, she is young, female, appears to be quite geeky and has
moderately large breasts, which has ensured her a considerable popular
following. I'm not one of them.
