[ubuntu-uk] Lost desktop not loading at startup

Ok, got as far as working out how to move the window opening from top 
left hand corner, but I now cannot open more than One Desktop, and no 
matter what I do, it will only show one desktop. The Icon in the panel 
is blocked, you left click on it, it does nothing and right click does 
nothing.....and I cant work out why.........most annoying.......and all 
this came from a crash......
