Do you get the ID, like I get (046d:0804) for mine.   This is
Manufacturer:Device ID.  I.e. 046d is Logitech.  This is what you need for
looking up details.  Unfortunately, no manufacturer ever puts it on the box
or on the device itself.  You should see it if you run lsusb in a terminal.
