[ubuntu-uk] Disk Errors

Hi,

I had my disk drop out last Sunday (well I thought it was my disk) 
replaced it, rebuilt the software raid and this morning it dropped out
again.

Is it actually the HDD or my SATA controller since it seems strange for a new disk to go so quickly with the same problem.
