You should be able to import the data files into Thunderbird if you can get
them out of the Windows file system. The files should be in drive:\Documents
and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Mail should
be in the .pst file or files and address books in the .pab and .oab files.
