Webex does work on Linux. We've been on webinars with Talend who use it.
See this page: http://www.webex.co.uk/what-is-webex/faqs.html and the
question:
"What are the system requirements? (Is it Mac compatible?)
You can host a WebEx meeting, and people can join from PC, Mac, Linux,
Unix, and Solaris systems. You can also join from a smartphone."
GoToMeeting doesn't work on linux.
There is also dimdim and openmeetings http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/
