You might want to look at Yuuguu[1], who provide cross-platform conferencing
and screen sharing at a reasonable price.
If you want to run your own solution have a look at Ignite Realtime[2],
which provides messaging and realtime collaboration servers. There's also
Echoserver[3] for desktop sharing.
