While the fight may continue past the election to get aspects of this or
the whole thing overturned, i think those of us to have written to our
MP's and campaigned against this bill can hold our heads up and say at
least we tried.
The fight is not yet over. Perhaps at upcoming lug meets etc where
members of the public are attending we can say something about this bill.
While I understand why people download copyrighted material without
paying for it, do it as they think the artists should get a better
deal, we need to perhaps campaign for them to get a better deal. Lets
get a fair deal for artists, and a fair deal for consumers, then
perhaps this bill will no longer be needed.
