[ubuntu-uk] 9.10 release party

Hi

I have been saying for a while, that i would like to host a release party here in banbury, north oxfordshire.
I think finally 9.10/karmic is the time, 

It says on the release schedule, that release date is due oct 29th, which is a thursday, so i propose either the friday, or saterday.

I have a few places in mind, some have various different things that are useful, like wifi, etc.

I now ask for suggestions, please. Constructive suggestions please.
