I can't find this repo. Do you have a URL?

I've been running 2.0.6 for ages. When I first start VB, I get nagged
(once, and very gently!) with a pop up that says 2.1.2 is available.
I've downloaded it; but when I double-click the .deb, there's an error
message saying it conflicts with 2.0.6.

I'm running WinXP in VB at present, with apps and data I need for work.
I can't afford to lose any of this stuff, so I don't want to uninstall
my functioning version of VB if that would remove the installed and
configured apps and data.

Any ideas?

TIA
