[ubuntu-uk] Countdown to 8.04 release banner

Hi,

Like last year, there is an ubuntu countdown image that you can place on 
your blog/website if you wish to market the new release.

I've added it to my own blog, the podcast site and screencasts sites.

I would encourage any of you with a web-presence to also take part and add 
the logo.
